Natural Product Advisor / Front Store Manager
Nelson Remedy’sRx, your locally owned pharmacy in Nelson BC, is looking for a Front Store Manager / Natural Product Advisor to join our team.
This is a permanent, full-time position beginning April 2026 with a flexible start date.
The Front Store Manager is a key public facing position that works closely with our clients and local practitioners who are recommending products. This role has an expectation of providing some client education and support around natural health products that are being recommended by local practitioners.
Strong product knowledge is expected, including basic familiarity with pharmacology and an ability to understand and communicate how our products work.
Duties include, but are not restricted to:
- Involvement in the purchasing, receiving, and merchandising of stock
- Communicating with sales representatives
- Assisting clients on the sales floor
- Making natural health product recommendations within scope of practice
- Operating the cash register
- Fielding / directing calls
- Assisting with cash reconciliation, bank deposits and payroll
- Promoting the business within the community
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in:

Job Requirements:
Ideally possessing a diploma in holistic nutrition or natural nutrition as well as registration with an association in your respective field.
Three years of retail natural health experience, working with natural health products, supplements, vitamins, herbs and homeopathy.
Previous management experience is an asset, particularly working with POS systems and maintaining inventory.

Pharmacy Assistant Part-Time / Full-Time
We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our Remedy’s Team!
This role will assist with technical functions of dispensing prescriptions, perform inventory management under direction and supervision of the pharmacist, greeting customers promptly and cheerfully, operating a cash register, operating pharmacy software
Must have good communication and customer service skills
Compassion and understanding for people is paramount
Must work well as part of a team
Attention to detail and precision is required
Must be able to multi-talk in a busy environment, good time management skills are needed
Pharmacy experience preferred
